How can we help?

Find guidance for planning an operation, following your team and reviewing records. If something does not work, see what to check before contacting support.

Planning

Prepare and share the work.

Organize areas, assess the window and bring participants together before starting the operation.

How do I plan an operation with the team and service providers?

Schedule the job, select areas and equipment, and invite people from your Connections, including professionals from the service company. Define each participant's access. Invitations are sent after synchronization, and each person must accept to access the operation.

How do I find the best working window?

Check the area forecast and compare times and models. Wind, gusts, rain, temperature and humidity help assess when to mobilize the team. You choose the window, considering the operation's criteria and conditions observed on site.

How do I organize fields and follow their changes?

Draw or import boundaries, subtract exclusions and organize areas by farm. View NDVI, NDMI, EVI2 and NDWI captures on different dates to locate variations that deserve a field inspection. Compare values and scales: the indices do not provide an automatic diagnosis.

Execution and records

Follow, review and document.

Understand live tracking, revisit recordings and gather the information that explains the work performed.

What is the difference between following live and replaying a GO?

Live, authorized participants see positions while sharing is enabled and there is a connection. In replay, you review a saved recording and can seek through time or adjust speed. The website's aerial examples play recorded simulations. GO does not control equipment and is not certified for air navigation.

How do I prepare an operation report?

Check the areas, applications, products, rates and recorded results. When exporting to PDF, choose the available document options, such as photos, sketch map, logo and signature fields. Review the report before sharing it with the customer or team, and revisit the job later through season history.

How do I save field photos, comments and audio?

In FotoTrack, take a photo and add a text or audio comment before saving. Later, view the image with your observations and the available date and location data. To complement an operation, select photos related to the job; linking does not happen automatically based on proximity to the area.

Account and support

Check access and uploads.

Preserve what is saved on your device while investigating a problem. When asking for help, include the screen, version and message shown.

What can I view without a connection?

Information already saved on the device may remain available, depending on the feature and version. Updating forecasts, loading images not yet available, synchronizing records and sharing positions require a connection. Before heading to the field, check what is available on the device; afterward, check pending uploads.

Where can I use Farms?

Farms is available for iOS and Android, and through Farms Web in your browser. Features and access conditions may vary by platform, version and subscription. Check availability in your account to choose the tools you will use for work.

I cannot access my account. What should I check?

Check the account and sign-in method you used to register. Follow the recovery steps on screen, when available. If you need support, provide the error message and app version, without sending passwords or access codes.

My subscription is not showing. What now?

Check the account associated with your purchase and the channel you purchased through. If access remains unavailable, contact support with the date and transaction reference, without sending full card details.

Is my record saved or synchronized?

A record saved on your device may still be waiting to upload, including photos or audio. Check your connection and synchronization status before assuming the work is available to others. Do not create another operation to replace an uncertain upload, or uninstall the app or clear its data while records are pending.

The map or forecast did not load. What should I do?

Check your connection, the selected location and the permissions requested on screen. Try refreshing and check the date of the available forecast. If the problem persists, tell support which screen, time and message you saw. Missing data does not mean zero.

Why does my photo not show location or weather?

The photo's source, permissions and capture conditions determine which data is available. Check location permissions and what was recorded with the image. Not every photo includes direction or weather, and the image upload may remain pending even after it is saved locally.

How do I request data deletion?

Contact support at sac@farmsapp.com.br for guidance on your request. Do not assume that removing a record or uninstalling the app closes your account or deletes all associated files.

Plan, follow and record your next job.

Organize areas, bring your team together and keep records from execution to reporting.
