As an integral part of the Farms App platform's Terms of Use and Browsing Conditions, this document, called the Privacy Policy, establishes rules on obtaining, using, processing, storing and handling data and information collected from users, as well as records of their activities, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/18.

This policy describes how we collect, store, use and protect your personal information. You accept this policy and agree to that collection, storage and use when you register for or use our products, services or any other feature, technology or functionality we offer by accessing our website or by any other means. We may change this policy at any time by publishing a revised version on our website. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is made available on the website.

This policy also applies to information collected about you when you receive or make payments through our tools.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

When you visit this website, we collect your IP address and standard web access information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

Data and information are obtained when users use features and services available on the Farms App platform, and after accepting the Website Terms and Conditions of Use and providing information when registering on the Portal and/or submitting contact forms, such as:

• Telephone numbers

• Date of birth

• National registration numbers

• Location information

• Payment information

As a rule, sensitive data will not be collected. If its collection is requested and authorized by the data subject, depending on the nature of the service, that sensitive data will be deleted and the user notified.

HOW WE USE COOKIES

All payment-related data is encrypted using an algorithm provided by the partner payment gateway, and no user payment data travels through our internal platform without encryption. Thus, the entire payment process is secure and encrypted.

Farms App will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties. Collected data is for internal use in the Farms app.

CHILDREN'S AND ADOLESCENTS' PRIVACY

Our app must not be used by children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we inadvertently collected a child's personal information, we will take reasonable steps to promptly remove it from our records. We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements under applicable local laws.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

The company retains personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes described above. It keeps account-related data until you delete the account. Beyond that period, data may be anonymized and retained exclusively for statistical purposes and will not give rise to exploitation of any kind.

SECURITY MEASURES

We implement all necessary security measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration or loss of your data or unauthorized access to it.

If we become aware of unlawful access to personal data about you relating to processing for which we are responsible, we undertake to notify you of the incident as soon as possible if this meets a legal requirement.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy will be interpreted under Brazilian law, in Portuguese. The courts of the district of Alegrete, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, are selected to resolve any subsequent dispute, issue or question, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
