Frequently asked questions

Before you begin.

How to plan operations, share work and view recordings, photos and reports.

Visit help
How do I plan an operation with the team and service providers?

Schedule the job, select areas and equipment, and invite people from your Connections, including professionals from the service company. Define each participant's access. Invitations are sent after synchronization, and each person must accept to access the operation.

How do I find the best working window?

Check the area forecast and compare times and models. Wind, gusts, rain, temperature and humidity help assess when to mobilize the team. You choose the window, considering the operation's criteria and conditions observed on site.

How do I organize fields and follow their changes?

Draw or import boundaries, subtract exclusions and organize areas by farm. View NDVI, NDMI, EVI2 and NDWI captures on different dates to locate variations that deserve a field inspection. Compare values and scales: the indices do not provide an automatic diagnosis.

What is the difference between following live and replaying a GO?

Live, authorized participants see positions while sharing is enabled and there is a connection. In replay, you review a saved recording and can seek through time or adjust speed. The website's aerial examples play recorded simulations. GO does not control equipment and is not certified for air navigation.

How do I prepare an operation report?

Check the areas, applications, products, rates and recorded results. When exporting to PDF, choose the available document options, such as photos, sketch map, logo and signature fields. Review the report before sharing it with the customer or team, and revisit the job later through season history.

How do I save field photos, comments and audio?

In FotoTrack, take a photo and add a text or audio comment before saving. Later, view the image with your observations and the available date and location data. To complement an operation, select photos related to the job; linking does not happen automatically based on proximity to the area.

What can I view without a connection?

Information already saved on the device may remain available, depending on the feature and version. Updating forecasts, loading images not yet available, synchronizing records and sharing positions require a connection. Before heading to the field, check what is available on the device; afterward, check pending uploads.

Where can I use Farms?

Farms is available for iOS and Android, and through Farms Web in your browser. Features and access conditions may vary by platform, version and subscription. Check availability in your account to choose the tools you will use for work.
